OUR SHOOTING RANGE
Siberian Rod and Gun, on Dannemora Mountain near Clinton Correctional Facility in Dannemora New York, has been catering to the needs of Sportsmen and Firearms enthusiasts for many years. Offering known distance ranges for handgun and rifle sports; the facility was included in the New York Police Combat Association's Governors 20 PPC Matches for many years. The range continues to offer various events throughout the year for anyone interested in attending. The Dannemora area and its world famous prison have been nicknamed "Little Siberia" by prison staff and inmates since the first residents set foot in the area during the winter season long ago. Accordingly, the Club took on the name and wears it with pride.
The Club and its members have a strong presence locally in the defense of citizens rights and in support of The Second Amendment, as well as Sportsman's rights and preservation of Natural Resources through positive conservation based activities.
